This is a small team in Detroit, not a call centre. The person who packs your case is a person, the person who answers your text is a person, and often they are the same person — which is why nothing you ask has to be passed along to somebody who was not there.
The team, at the bench
The actual team at the actual bench, mid-prep. Not a lineup against a wall — people doing the work, faces visible.
Must prove: That a named human preps your booth. A posed group shot would prove the opposite of what the page says.

Four roles touch your booking. On a small team one person often holds two of them, which is the point — there is nobody to be transferred to.
Whoever preps your booth
Cleans it, tests every function, applies your wrap if you ordered one, and packs the case. The same person signs off that it left here working.
When you meet them: Before it ships — they are who your artwork approval comes from.
Whoever answers when you text
Reads the message, and can see your booking and the booth itself while replying. Not a queue, and not a bot pretending to be one of us.
When you meet them: The moment you text, including during your event.
Whoever designs your wrap
Takes your logo or your colors and makes the booth look like it belongs to you. Sends a proof before anything is printed.
When you meet them: If you ask us to design it rather than uploading your own.
Whoever sets it up, if we are local
Delivers, sets up and takes down, in the cities where we have a crew. Everywhere else the booth does this job and you open a case.
When you meet them: Metro Detroit and the other cities the configurator offers.
We are here for the event, not the transaction.
The booth being late, or arriving broken, or being confusing to set up are our problems and not yours — and they are the only three things that can actually ruin this for you. That is why the text line stays open through your event, and why a person rather than a form is at the end of it.
Where we came from
Everyone here came through Mammoth, which has produced events since 2012. That is where the knowledge of what goes wrong at eleven at night came from, and it is why this booth is designed the way it is.
