Venue and logistics. The boring details.

Size, weight, power, and the paperwork your venue is going to ask for. If you are the person who has to approve a load-in or draw this onto a floor plan, this page is for you — and if something you need is not here, one message gets it the same day.

One case, one person, ten minutes.

It arrives on wheels as a single case. There is no crate, no second delivery, no generator and no list of things to source yourself. Whoever opens it sets it up in about ten minutes, and the same case goes back with the label that came in it.

Why some of this is blank

Portrait Booth started taking bookings in 2026, and some of these numbers have never been written down in one place — they have lived in the heads of the people who built the booth. We would rather show you a blank than a figure somebody estimated, because you are going to put it on a floor plan.

Anything blank above, we can answer in one message. It is not a stalling tactic and there is no form — the same people who prep the booths answer, and they have the booth in front of them.

What we do not need from you

No crew access

Nobody from us arrives, so there is no load-in window to schedule and no names to put on a security list. Outside the cities where you have asked for setup.

No dedicated staff

Nobody has to be assigned to watch it. Guests use it themselves, which is the reason they use it more.

No return trip

The label is in the box and we book the carrier pickup. Nobody drops anything off anywhere.
