A work photo people actually want to be in.
Internal events, conferences and trade shows. It ships to the venue, sets up in about ten minutes, and stays for the whole thing.
A corporate event, running
The booth in use at a corporate event, people cycling through, natural sound. A branded wrap in frame.
Must prove: That work colleagues will actually use it. The unspoken corporate fear is an expensive machine nobody goes near.
Needed for launchFive different events, five different answers.
The booth is the same one. What changes is what it is for, and who on your team is worrying about it.
Internal and team events
Give your people fun photos of themselves.
Conferences
People post it because they like how they look in it.
Brand activations
Your brand in the frame, rather than a watermark on the corner.
Trade shows
A reason to stop that isn’t a pitch.
Experiential marketing
They post the portrait before they leave your event.
$2,500 for the day. Half that for every day after.
One flat rate, whatever the guest count. No per-photo fee, no attendant fee, and no separate charge for the hours the stand is quiet. Shipping is calculated to the venue before you pay, and a custom wrap is priced in the configurator.
Live availability and a live carrier rate. Nothing is held, nothing is charged, and we do not ask who you are to show you this.
Getting it through your finance team
The part nobody writes about, and the part that actually stalls a booking.
Invoice, PO or ACH
All three, through the talk-to-us path rather than card checkout. Give us your PO number when you start the quote and it arrives with everything attached.
Insurance and certificates
Ask and a person answers the same day — including a certificate for your venue if they require one. We would rather confirm what your venue actually needs than publish a blanket promise.
Vendor onboarding
W-9, supplier forms, and a resale or exemption certificate if you hold one. Send us your packet and we will fill it in rather than asking you to chase us.
Wrap lead time
A custom wrap has to be printed and applied before the booth ships, so your dates decide whether it is still possible. The configurator tells you before you pay, not after.
Measurements, power draw and the paperwork list are on the venue and logistics page.
Booking more than three
Four booths or more, a multi-city tour, or a show that’s sooner than we can ship — those don’t go through self-serve checkout. Start a quote anyway and it reaches a person the same day, with everything you entered attached.
