Running events all year? Let’s price the year.

The price on our pricing page is built for one booking. If you run a programme of events, that is the wrong shape for both of us — you should not be paying a one-off rate for something you do every quarter. Tell us what your year looks like and we will work out a number that reflects it.

Who this is for

Several events a year

A recurring programme rather than one date — quarterly all-hands, a season of activations, a conference series. If you are already planning next year, you are the case this is for.

More than one booth at a time

Multiple rooms, multiple floors, or several cities in the same week. Anything over three booths already leaves self-serve checkout, so it is a conversation either way.

Procurement is involved

A PO, a master agreement, a vendor packet, one invoice a quarter instead of one a booking. The public checkout is card-only by design; this is where the other route lives.

An agency booking for clients

You are placing booths on behalf of other people and need a rate you can build a proposal around, plus dates held while your client decides.

What actually changes

The booth does not. Same product, same ten-minute setup, same unlimited photos. What changes is the commercial arrangement around it.

A rate for the programme

Priced against what you actually run in a year rather than against a single weekend. We will tell you what it is before you commit to anything, and it is written down.

Dates held differently

Booths reserved against your calendar in advance instead of first-come each time — the thing that is genuinely hard to do at the last minute in our busiest weeks.

One person who knows your events

Rather than starting from nothing each booking. They already know your wrap, your venues and how your team likes it set up.

The paperwork done once

W-9, insurance certificates, supplier forms and any exemption certificate handled at the start rather than per event.

Why there is no number on this page

Everywhere else on this site we say the price, because hiding it is the objection rather than the price. Here we genuinely cannot: a rate for twenty events depends on how many, where, how long, and how much notice we get — and inventing a tier table we have not costed would be the same dishonesty in the other direction. What we can promise is that you get a real number quickly, in writing, and that the public rate stays visible so you can always see what you are being measured against.

Tell us about your events.

Roughly how many a year, roughly where, and when the first one is. That is enough for us to come back with something concrete. Nothing is charged, no card is needed, and it reaches a person the same day.
