They post the portrait before they leave your event.
This job is about how people feel, and people feel good when they look good. Real studio lighting and your brand in the room around them means the picture is worth keeping — and it is on their phone within seconds, so most of them share it while they are still standing in your activation.
Looking at their own portrait, at the activation
Somebody at the activation looking at their own portrait on their phone, seconds after taking it — the reaction, not the screen. The wrapped booth is behind them and legible but out of focus. Other people around; this is a busy room, not an empty stand.
Must prove: The whole page: that the portrait is good enough to want, that it reaches them instantly, and that the brand is in the frame because it is in the room. A person IS the shot — an empty booth proves none of it.
LaterA good photo of yourself feels good. That feeling lands on whoever gave it to you.
The momentum is happening now, not on Thursday.
A photographer’s gallery arrives days later, when the event is over and the feeling has gone with it. Here the portrait is on somebody’s phone before they have finished talking about it, so the share goes out while your activation is still full of people — tagged, in the moment, and to an audience who can still come. That is the difference between documenting an event and compounding one.
Good enough to want
A bad photo gets deleted, not posted, and no amount of branding survives that. Studio lighting on every frame is what makes the picture worth having in the first place — everything else on this page depends on it.
Shared in seconds, not days
The portrait is on their phone at the booth — scan the code, or send it by text or email. Nobody waits for a gallery link the following week, by which time the moment has passed and so has the reason to post.
Your brand is the room
A floor-to-ceiling wrap in your artwork, so it is simply behind the person the way a set is. The share carries you without the picture being ruined to prove it.
The bits everyone asks about
We are running five cities.
It ships to every stop and goes home from each one, so there is no touring crew and no truck — normally the largest line on a run. Whoever is on the ground opens the case, and that is the entire staffing plan in every market.
Can we book the whole run at once?
Start a quote with your first set of dates and it reaches a person the same day. A run is planned with you rather than assembled out of five separate checkouts.
Does the wrap have to change per market?
It does not have to. If it does, that is a new print and a new lead time for that leg, and we will tell you the date it has to be decided by.
What about the gaps between stops?
You are billed for the days you have it, not the days between. The booth comes back to us and goes out again.
$2,500 for the day. Half that for every day after.
One flat rate, whatever the headcount. No per-photo fee, no attendant fee, and no separate charge for the hours it is quiet. Shipping is calculated to the venue before you pay, and a custom wrap is priced in the configurator.
Live availability and a live carrier rate. Nothing is held, nothing is charged, and we do not ask who you are to show you this.
Booking more than three
Four booths or more, a multi-city run, or a show that is sooner than we can ship — those do not go through self-serve checkout. Start a quote anyway and it reaches a person the same day, with everything you entered attached.
