A reason to stop that isn’t a pitch.
The hardest thing on a show floor is the first sentence. A portrait booth gives people a reason to walk up to you, and gives your team something to talk about while it happens.
A crowd in the aisle
Trade show aisle with the booth drawing a small crowd, and a rep talking with a visitor beside it rather than intercepting them.
Must prove: The section’s argument that the booth opens the conversation. Both halves have to be in the frame: the draw, and the rep already talking to someone.
Wanted soonPositive interaction first, conversation second. That is the order that produces leads.
Your team stands next to somebody having a good time.
Rather than intercepting them in the aisle. The booth is the thing happening at your stand that is visible three rows away and is not a demo loop on a screen — and while somebody is waiting their turn, your team is having the conversation they came to have. Nobody had to open with a question about their workflow.
It pulls people in
Something visible down the aisle that is not a screen. People walk toward a thing that is happening.
It opens the conversation
Standing beside somebody enjoying themselves is a different job from stopping a stranger, and your team will feel the difference by hour two.
It ships to the show
To the venue, or to your stand builder. It goes home with the label that came in the case, so nothing is left to collect.
The bits everyone asks about
Can it go to the show’s advance warehouse?
It ships to any address you give us, and we quote the real carrier rate to that address before you pay. If the dates or the destination will not work, we say so rather than hoping.
We are already short-staffed on the stand.
Nobody has to run it. There is no queue to manage and no shot list, which is the whole reason it does not add a person to your rota.
Multi-day show?
Every day after the first is half price, because the booth is already out of our hands. A three-day show costs twice a single day, not three times.
$2,500 for the day. Half that for every day after.
One flat rate, whatever the headcount. No per-photo fee, no attendant fee, and no separate charge for the hours it is quiet. Shipping is calculated to the venue before you pay, and a custom wrap is priced in the configurator.
Live availability and a live carrier rate. Nothing is held, nothing is charged, and we do not ask who you are to show you this.
Booking more than three
Four booths or more, a multi-city run, or a show that is sooner than we can ship — those do not go through self-serve checkout. Start a quote anyway and it reaches a person the same day, with everything you entered attached.
