Give your people fun photos of themselves.
It ships to your office, sets up in about ten minutes, and runs all day with nobody staffing it. Your team takes as many portraits as they want — real studio lighting, so the pictures are genuinely good — and each one lands on their phone instantly, to keep and to post.
Two colleagues, cracking up
Two colleagues at an offsite, mid-laugh, not posed and not looking at the camera.
Must prove: The section’s claim that the picture ends up as somebody’s profile photo. It has to be a portrait a person would genuinely choose to use.
Needed for launchPeople love good photos of themselves. That is the whole mechanism.
People stay where they like who they work with.
People stay at companies because of the people, and because somebody bothered. Spending part of the budget on a thing whose only job is your team enjoying themselves is a small, unarguable version of bothering — and it is the spending, not the booth, that reads as appreciation. The picture two colleagues take together then becomes a profile photo for the next two years, where every time it appears it quietly says they like where they work.
Photos people are proud of
Studio lighting on every frame, so what comes out is worth keeping — the picture somebody chooses as their profile photo, not the group shot nobody opens twice. That difference is the entire reason any of the rest happens.
Nobody takes a portrait alone
So people pull each other in. Two colleagues who only ever trade messages end up in one frame, and neither of them had to be assigned a partner or walked through an icebreaker to get there.
They post them
The photo is on their phone before they have walked back to their table, so it goes to LinkedIn and Instagram that afternoon rather than into a folder nobody opens. People are proud to work somewhere, and this gives them the thing to say it with.
The bits everyone asks about
Ours is just one day.
That is most of them, and it is priced as one day — no minimum and no multi-day requirement. If you are running a two or three day offsite, every day after the first is half price.
Will people actually use it?
More than they use an attended one. People like good photos of themselves and dislike being watched while they get one — so with no queue being managed and nobody standing over it, trying it costs nothing socially. That was always the only real barrier.
Who sets it up at the venue?
Whoever gets there first, in about ten minutes, with one allen key that lives in the case. We send you a film of somebody doing it for the first time before yours ships.
Can this go on a PO?
Yes — invoice, PO or ACH through the talk-to-us path rather than card checkout. Give us your PO number when you start the quote.
$2,500 for the day. Half that for every day after.
One flat rate, whatever the headcount. No per-photo fee, no attendant fee, and no separate charge for the hours it is quiet. Shipping is calculated to the venue before you pay, and a custom wrap is priced in the configurator.
Live availability and a live carrier rate. Nothing is held, nothing is charged, and we do not ask who you are to show you this.
Booking more than three
Four booths or more, a multi-city run, or a show that is sooner than we can ship — those do not go through self-serve checkout. Start a quote anyway and it reaches a person the same day, with everything you entered attached.
