What we collect

Your contact details—the phone number or email you use to sign in, and your name. The phone number is also how we text you about shipping and your event.

Your event details—dates, the address the booth ships to, and anything you tell us about the event itself.

Payment details—handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we store only Stripe’s reference to it and the last four digits.

Artwork you upload—if you order a custom wrap, we keep the files you send so we can print it.

Your contract record—when you accept our terms we store the version you accepted, a frozen copy of that text, your typed name, the time, and your IP address. This is the record that protects both of us, so we keep it as long as the law requires.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your information. We don’t run advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels. We don’t email you marketing you didn’t ask for. There is no password, so there is no password of yours to leak.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that make the booking work: Stripe for payment, our shipping carriers for the address on the label, Twilio for text messages, and Postmark for email. Each gets only the piece it needs.

Getting a copy, or getting deleted

Sign in and you can download everything we have about you as a file, or ask us to delete your account. Deletion removes your contact details, addresses, and uploaded artwork. We keep financial and contract records that we’re legally required to retain —those get disconnected from your profile rather than erased. We’ll tell you exactly what was kept.

Text messages

We text you about your booking—shipping updates, the balance charge, event-day logistics. Reply STOP to any of them and we stop. That also means you’ll only get email from then on, including for time-sensitive things.
