If your event is raising money, ask us for a booth.

Nonprofits, fundraisers and community causes. Some we support at half the cost and a few we cover entirely — and it does not have to be a booth on the night: a rental makes a straightforward raffle prize or auction lot at a gala or a golf outing. Tell us what you are raising for.

Photohome-room

The room, with the booth in it

A room mid-event, wide enough to feel like standing in it, with the booth working somewhere in the frame rather than centred in it.

Must prove: Scale and context, once, with no copy on top of it. The photograph is the argument at this point on the page.

Wanted soon

Two ways we do it

Half the cost

You pay half the rate for the days you need it and we cover the rest, shipping included. The commonest answer, and the one we can say yes to most often.

Fully on us

The booth, the days and the shipping, at no cost. Reserved for a small number of events a year, because every one of them is a booth we are not renting to anybody else that week.

The real limit is a booth being free.

Not the money. A sponsored booth is committed for the same window as a paid one — prep, shipping out, your event, shipping back, turnaround — so the answer depends on what else is booked that week. Asking early is the single thing that makes a yes more likely.

How to ask

There is no form and no application window. Tell us what the event is, the dates, roughly how many people, and where it is. A person reads it and answers.

We would rather say no quickly than leave you planning around a maybe, so if the dates are gone we will say so the same day and tell you what else is open.

What we ask in return

Nothing contractual. If the portraits turn out well we would like to ask whether we can show a few of them — with your permission and the permission of the people in them, which we will ask for separately rather than assume. If the answer is no, the answer is no and it changes nothing.
